When applying brow powder less is more, dab the angle end of the brush in the powder and draw a precise baseline, topline and arch to tail tip, now blend with the angle end the powder throughout your brow. The Dual Angle and Blend brush has soft, yet firm bristles to give you absolute control in applying the brow powder. The blend brush will allow you to create a soft finish when applying the Highlight Pencil at the base line of the brow. You have the option to select from any of our 5 highly pigmented brow powder shades that have been carefully selected to suit all hair shades.
